Who are these website packages good for?
Our simple website packages are designed for small to medium sized service based businesses to get online quickly. They are great for business owners who know they need to create an online presence for their business, but do not have the time or expertise to go through a drawn out website build process.
What platform will my website be hosted on?
We use an awesome website platform called Rocketspark. We use this platform because it is easy for you to change content/images down the track, they have great customer service, and their hosting speed is top notch.
How long does it take for my site to be built?
Once you provide us with the content we need, your site will be live within 5 business days (if not sooner!)
Can you make changes for me after the site is live?
Yes! You can request changes to your website. Get in touch with us for more information.
Do I need to be tech savvy to use Rocketspark?
No! Rocketspark is designed to be easy for you to make changes to your website when you need to.
Templates & Website Content
Am I able to make changes to the template?
Our templates are set and you are not able to make changes to them during the build process. You will, however, be able to make changes to them yourself once the handover is complete.
Do I have to use a template specific to my industry?
Absolutely not! You can choose to use whichever template you like the best and is going to suit your businesses needs. A Builder can absolutely use the Lawyer template if this is what they like the most!
Do I have to have a logo already?
Although we highly recommend having a logo, you do not have to have one for us to build you a website- we can simply use your business name in standard text where your logo is supposed to go. Do I have to supply images?
No, you do not have to supply images, we will provide you with a library of stock imagery that you can select from. However, having your own imagery is always best! You do not need to get imagery taken by a professional photographer- a smart phone will usually suffice.
Will you write the content for my website?
Yes! You will need to fill out our online form answering some questions, and then we will put your answers together into content for your website. If you do not like what we have put together or you need to change things, you will be able to do so after handover.
Does my site include SEO (being found on Google)?
Yes! We optimise all of our websites for the Google Search Results page.
Pricing & Contract
Is website hosting included in your monthly fee?
Yes. You will be on a 1 year contract with No Fuss Designs where your monthly fees will included hosting your website on a platform called Rocketspark. Once your 1 year contract is up, you will need to continue paying a small monthly fee for the hosting of your website to Rocketspark. Don't worry, we will set this all up for you so it will automatically flick over once your year contract is up with No Fuss Designs.
Is my URL included in the package?
Yes, a years worth of your URL (domain) is included in your package. As with the hosting, after your year contract is up with No Fuss Designs, you will begin paying Rocketspark for your domain. If you already own your domain, no problem, you will just need to provide us with the log in details so we can update the DNS records.
What does it cost me after year 1?
You will need to continue paying for your URL (this price depends on the URL you choose, but a standard .co.nz URL is $37.99 for the year). You will also need to continue paying Rocketspark for website hosting, which is $45/month.
